Thank you again for the helpful 'steer' towards this M series 200 mm . Feels so light & just a delight although a narrow field of view but will adjust soon enough

So this month ventured into the legacy lens zone . Just added a 50 mm & this 200 mm whilst a 135 mm f 2.5 on its way from Japan next - had my first Japanese eBay experience & extra VAT fees added in the UK Why is VAT applied to used items ?

Super shots. I'm sure they're far better than if you'd bought that other lens you were thinking of.

Isn't that what you wanted? You can get an M series 135mm to go with it for not a lot of money.

Those look very good. I sold mine due to the nasty fringing and later picked up the earlier K version which performs much better. If you like a manual lens of that focal length then you may well like the K more than the M.

Looking good too bought a f 2.5 135 mm K from Japan to compliment the range then find a 20mm in time.

Waiting for an early K version of the P 135 mm f 2.5 from Japan this week
