Apologies Mike - a bit of research has shown me it's the 72B SP 90. I see you have the SP35-80mm . I have this lens as well - how would you say its macro performance compares with the SP90?
Thanks, Dave
Thanks, Dave

As you probably know the 72B is 1:1 and the 01A 1:2 which makes a fair bit of difference macro wise. The 01A is still pretty good at macro though anjd the 19AH is excellent with its 1:2 magnification and 70-210mm reach.

Yes, cheers, Mike. I have been looking out for a 19AH which I figure should be ideal for nervous butterflies!

If you don't mind me asking, what lighting do you use, Mike? Do you use a ringflash?
3 was inbuilt camera flash and 5 was a Sigma Ringflash.
