What a good idea Peter... this from Guy Tal, who’s work (photography, thinking and writing) really does it for me... it’s a landscape, but looked like a wavescape to my eye...

The photographer Guy Tal has a very interesting background and some breathtaking images. I am looking forward to studying his website more thoroughly. Thank you for the link!
I would like to share one my all time favourite portraits (also a favourite in 2018...), done by the Norwegian photographer Morten Krogvold. This is a portrait of Gunnar Sønsteby, the most decorated Norwegian war hero from the resistance against the occupying Nazies during WW2.

Could I possibly make a suggestion? What about choosing a favourite image from elsewhere, but also one from this website, either the Gallery or the Forum? That might make it a bit more relevant for the PU members?
