It's for people who are UK based only I'm afraid.

This was not a decision made by us.....

It may be because Ricoh will do the same in every major country they sell in ... imagine if applicants were allowed to enter 3 photos into every one

Good prize for someone. Sadly it will not be me.

I'd love to see a pic of the camera though.

Hi Chris,

Looking at the T&Cs, I see no restrictions on PP such as cloning out unwanted items etc.

Are there explicit or implicit rules on this?

Hi Dave,

There are no rules regarding this - the only stipulation is that images are taken on a Pentax / Ricoh camera.

I notice that each individual image JPEG can't be more than 2.5Mb so i suppose this restriction in itself may well limit the amount of PP that can be carried out. Using a K-50 my typical image sizes at full JPEG quality are between 6 - 7Mb, even basic PP like altering the contrast/brightness increases this figure.

I have to say it's an imaginative use of the Pentax advertising/marketing budget...probably quite cost effective too when you consider how little exposure about £1000 would buy using traditional ad media.
