Do you have a question for the Pentax team of experts?

Don't forget that my original post was about those ".pl" cookies that started appearing on the PU website as I logged in - and there has been no response so far from anyone on the PU IT team as to why that might be happening!
K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)

If you want a specific reply, then, as before, the best thing to do is put in a report with specific details.
This thread was for questions for Pentax, which has now closed and awaits their reply, so IT won't be monitoring it.
You can find the report problem button at the bottom of every page on the site.

By this time next week, it will have been a year since the original invitation to ask questions. I think they must have lost interest, like many of the readers on here.

I guess there isn't a team of experts.

It is now apparent, that Pentax can't or choose not to answer any questions.
I wonder if Canon customer service is as bad as this?
I can now understand why customers no longer want to support the Pentax brand, if we are treated like this is it any wonder?

Perhaps the questions could be passed on to Ricoh?

I don't believe that it will make any difference, no one is interested in the Pentax User club!

my question is..... What is the recomended memory card speed for the K3. I have had what i might call a buffering problem. especially when capturing mulitiple images when trying to capture a panoramic scene by just pointing and clicking a number of times. I have noticed it takes a while to write the image. I id not experience this issue with my K20. I do get an error saying image is to big to be displayed. which suggetsts ithe bufffer is overflowing and corrupting the image.

The questions on this thread are closed, so I'd ask again in Troubleshooter. Sorry it can't just be moved.
