Mr.ist, having the same problems with your latest image, i can't see them. Getting 'forbidden' or 'direct linking not allowed' problems.
Please call me aj,

I use a Pentax K10D, on a MacBook with LightRoom (vers 1.3 + beta 2)

I have been trying to log in to Photobucket this evening to upload an image for this week's competition but they are carrying out maintenance - very frustrating

Just try: www.flickr.com. It's free, fast and secure(if you want it to be)
Martin.
Best regards,

For those wondering about my entry - I work for a Christian development agency called cbm. Our vision is to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities and to reduce the risk of disability from disease and exclusion for those who live in the most disadvantaged societies around the world. My work currently takes me all over West Africa. Shortly after taking the photo, the young girl was operated on in one of the hospitals that we support. The condition she has is called retinoblastoma, a childhood cancer of the retina.

Hi Clarky, thanks for your interest. I just got back from Burkina again at the weekend and actually saw the little girl again. She had to have an enucleation of the right eye and will probably have to have the same done to the left. Unfortunately chemotherapy isn't available in Burkina and so the long term prognosis is uncertain.

Definitely looks like there is going to be a bumper crop of quality entries for the judge this week.

A very profound and intense picture Steve. My thoughts go out to that little girl.
