Mac or PC?
CD or downloadable update?
What do you men by loaded? Do you mean put the CD in or actually install it?
What might not have been selected?
Does McGregNi's mini guide help?

If you're still stuck would you describe your process up to the point 'Not selected' appeared?
May I suggest you download the update and install that; it will ask for the original disk. If you don't have that there is a work around but won't get into that for now!
PS, it you're trying to get it to work on a ZX81, it doesn't have enough ram!

John. Disc came with camera. New computer 64bit. Windows 10. Disc loaded into computer. downloaded. Icon on desktop. Click on icon and up comes DCO5. so far so good. However. In the address bar at the top left it states. "Not selected" and the page seems to be frozen. I just can't get into it. I did find something on the american pentaxforum but have lost it and can't find it again.

Problem solved. There was a panel bottom left with histogram written on it. Nothing in it obviously but the little "X" was there so I clicked it. IT went. Now I can see my desktop and get to my Pictures folder.
