At last some colour in the garden! Combined the last rays of sunlight down the side of the house (which is why the cosmos had closed up for the night!) with a deliberate attempt to limit the DoF for better effect. K70 + Sigma 105mm Macro. Feel free to comment!

A lovely, gentle set .

Having spent some time today pointing a camera at flowers, I envy your backgrounds!

Some of my favourite flowers captured in lovely light. Very competent images but number 4 stands out for me.

A delightful set, much appreciated by my wife, a keen gardener. I too especially admire number four - for me the depth of field is precisely right.

I really enjoy the first 5 with that softer light that really compliments the subject

Thanks for your comments, folks - I'm particularly pleased to see references to the light and the backgrounds, which is what I was hoping would appeal.
