Closer to home for autumn

Back local after the Northumberland trip and making the most of decent weather and lovely soft light has meant far too much processing of RAW files to do. Must be more selective about pressing the shutter! First up is the mandatory autumn walk along the Narrow Canal with the K-1 and FA 28-105mm. All comments welcome, as always. Thanks for looking!

Lovely selection again John - the lighting on the leaves in both 1 and 8 just lift them above the others for me, but they all work together as a good set

The word 'gorgeous' comes to mind. You appear to have the colour that's been missing down here.

I'll have the path pictures as I always like a path leading to ... who knows where? But it's a close run thing.

No 8 has everything for me. Great lighting through the arching trees, the path leading into the picture and the reflections in the water. Well seen.

Backlit beeches are always lovely and you have caught them perfectly.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks, all, for your comments. The winds have been so frequent and strong that a lot of usually attractive sites were stripped of foliage a while ago.
