Great shot, without a doubt! Personally, I'd prefer it with greater contrast - the tones don't work for me. That's all though.

Agree with above, like th way it fills the frame though, gives a great sense of scale to the shot.

The major problem for me is not enough contrast. Bump it up! Also the sky is too white for me. On the other hand it's a very cool elephant Love the wrinkles at the top of his trunk. I like the way you've filled the frame.
