Superb Macro flash - made the mistake of selling mine, took me a long time to find another and when I did it was more than I sold my original one for !

Found one on that auction site that sold for the equivalent of around £260 inc p&p, but it was incomplete. Only had the 49mm adapter, no case or box. Mine is 100% complete with all adapters, case and box!
The US site shows the average price around $450 = £370!

... or you become like me, don't use it often but glad it's there when I do need/want to use it.
As for price, I try to keep track of new and used prices for my photographic kit in case there's a need to make an insurance claim. My AF 160FC cost £400 (new) in 2011. The last time I checked prices, used was £275 (5 years ago on this site), new was £470 (2 years ago, Ricoh Shop, but not sure now whether it was actually in stock). A few hundred pounds doesn't seem unreasonable for a complete, very good condition, boxed, pre-owned AF 160FC.

I was offered £300 for mine a while ago but I don’t have the heart to sell it, it’s one of things that you might need as soon as it’s gone!

Tempting to go with my 100mm macro but I can't right now. I'll keep an eye out in future though.

My standard flash for portrait work. I can't remember ever using it for a macro shot.

It's a shame it can't be used with the DFA* 50 and 85, that would be a great combination

I'm thinking of selling mine. I just never use it. Been powered up every few months to make sure the capacitors remain in good shape.
If interested, please PM me. No idea on price yet, as they seem as rare as hens teeth!
