Advice on Photo Editor

At moment I am still using Elements 18, looking toward updating. I just need a programme that I can insert SD card, press a button that says :Sort that Out: and go and have a cuppa. any ideas please. I guess Elements 23 would be a good punt? Regards John

How much editing to your images do you do, do you shoot raw and convert ?
