I used my K20d with the Mk2 18-55 lens.
Pentax K20D, Pentax 18-55mm II, Pentax M 50mm 1: 1.7, Super Paragon 1: 2.8 24mm Macro, Pentax smc DA 50-200 mm F4-5.6 ED

Don't do down the "kit" lens. It is a very fine lens as your photos have proved.

Re. the sub shots, it's no.1 for me too. Though I agree with Mike about the blown areas (should be remediable) but not about including the clouds. Rather, for me it's a slight shame that some of the clouds (top left) are cut off.
One other thing - though I'm not sure I can bring myself to say it, given my excesses (mostly in the past, I hope!) - but I'd suggest there's evidence of some oversharpening in shots 1, 2 & 4 (though maybe in 1 & 4 this is to do with the image size).
What lens did you use btw?
