This is the full frame and....



This is a blow up from the above picture so that I might read the ring. This Pentax 150-450 zoom really is a beauty... if you have the strength to hold it.
It was mounted on a Pentax KP and hand held with shake reduction on.

The shake reduction on the KP works well with this lens. I managed to get the patio door open a crack without disturbing the bird and managed to jam the end of the lens into the gap (it sounds worse than it was).

We are waiting to hear the ringing details from the British Trust for Ornithology. Watch this space.

Got the camera out quick enough
Got her on the cctv but canít load video
