A few from today's countryside walk.


When the leaves of the Wild Garlic are young and small they make a lovely green topping on scrambled eggs (cooked lightly) - the garlic taste is fairly subtle but lovely.

p.s. Please make sure you are confident it is wild garlic before taking my recommendation
