A/C plug cords

HI,
I hope this is the place to seek guidance about where to purchase A/C plug cords for my K10d and K5 cameras; I bought both second hand and never really took the time to check that all cables were present.
It's the cord that enables one to power the camera from the mains, so to avoid using up the batteries when engaged in lengthy reviewing of images.
Any information at all would be very welcome.

If you give SRS Microsystems a call they will be able to supply the AC adapter. It's not just a cord though and will cost a fair bit.

The battery life is so good on the K10D and K-5 cameras that I wonder if you need an AC adapter? I would have thought that extra batteries would be more useful to you?
Best regards, John

Is it one of these you want for both the K10 and K5 series...

or at a shop...

Here's the details and review:

Apologies for the "for sale" plug (pun intended) - but I don't think you'll find a cheaper genuine one?

I have to agree with John about the battery life on a K5. They go on and on, as do the same ones in a K3. I have 2 genuine ones and 3 far cheaper 'knock offs' - (2 x Energiser and 1 x Maximafoto) that I use in rotation.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Many thanks for the advice; I have the adaptor, but not the cord leading from that to the input in the camera itself

There IS a solution to the lack of the correct connector for the camera bodies - please remind me tomorrow if i don't remember to post it because the actual item required is, probably (or at least i do hope so), available.

Do a bit of "Intelligent" googling about providing a supply to a K5/k2/K1 (etc.) with the correct DC voltage if you can't wait for that as I "may be sometime" if I do forget
K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)
