I think you'll find the system automatically closes the competition at Midnight tonight - that is, at 0:00 on Monday.

I have just tried to enter by loading an image from my PC - it's vanished
It's 1324 by 1024 approx. Does it have to be less than 800?

Am I banned:: - have tried three times - the last time with an 800*600 image.
If it suddenly appears three times - my apologies. Will somebody then delete two of them, please.

The size should not matter, but something funny is happening because I can see a thumbnail of Dr. Mhuni's picture but when I click on it there is no enlarged picture.

Stranger still - now when I click on Dr. Mhuni's picture, it appears for a nanosecond and then disappears

Sorry to keep going on about this, but the entries are now split into two halves.
It is not possible to 'click' through all of the entries without going back to the thumbnails.
The divide occurs at Dr. Mhuni's picture.

Still can't upload my image. Have tried in "MyPhoto" with a link from Photobucket and that has worked

The images are displaying correctly now, but maybe you need to wait a little longer for some of them to load? I can't see any split in the way this happens at any point.
HowardJ, you upload directly into this galler section by clicking on the "Enter Competition" button, no need for Photobucket and the like. I would just try again as quite a few people have uploaded today with no apparent problem.

Thank you for First place, I am surprised as there was a lot of strong mono competition there, really nice to see more mono shots entered now.
I have a question actually, I don't see to be getting notified automatically from the competition when entries are posted up and I didnt know I had won until a mate told me shed checked out the comp. Is there somewhere I should tick for updates?
Second question do we not do C&C anymore on the comp. entries?

Notifications only seem to appear for the Forum and not for the Gallery / Competitions.
J.R.'s view is that the C&C has not been done this week because English is not PentaxAngel's native language which is fair enough.

This question has already been submitted as a report to the PUT in the first week of the New Format. It will be taken care of with the first planned upgrade.( no ATA ,yet!)
