Hello My UK friends. I once again ask for forgiveness for being so tarty. I am travelling via camper trailer... and simple got too back into the wilderness. Internet was so weak that I could not post. I should have not entered last week, knowing that I was travelling as such. Honestly I did not expect to win... here are my thoughts on each photo and congrats to our three winners

First place ........ Michael blue
Second place .... pipinmils
Third Place ..... noelcmn

The winner is Michaelblue: Rainbow flyby. What a fantastic capture. The clarity of the birds is amazing. How you manage to show the rainbow in such lovely pastel colours is stunning. Thank you for sharing this prize winning piece.

Sagans : Pipinmils. Second place!
When Heaven bows down to kiss the earth, this is what it looks like. I love how this photo transform into a piece art, and almost turns into a painting. I would be very proud to have such a masterpieces in my portfoli. Beautiful work.

After the Rain: Nigel
Wow, nice find. I was thinking about how tiny each of these drops must be. I love the reflection. To bring a better balance to the photo and to keep the eye on one focal plane, I would remove the centre out of focus droplet. I am amazed at what you did capture.

Raindrops JAK:
The patterns on the leaf and inside each raindrop are beautiful. I think about you, the photographer, getting Down low and close capturing these tiny water droplets. Such clarity too. Imagine the eye of the photographer see it all. I love the way these drops draw your eyes right into the picture. So well done.

It Rained drofmit:
I really liked the way you composed this photo. By not showing the whole flower, you brought the attention to the drops first and the flower second. Such skill! It took me a long time to learn how to be able to see the different ways to compose and crop a photo so that it was more creative yet finished looking. Nice work, indeed.

After the Storm Noelcmn :
What a delightful bust of colour. The deep purple background makes your greens pop like a 3 D piece of art. This photo looks so real till I felt like I could reach out and touch these droplets. Wow. I loved it. THIRD PLACE

Congrats MIchaelblue, heartily agree with our Judge's sentiments about that rainbow in the background! Stunning shot! And extended to my fellow podium placed pipinmels. And chaffed to get 3rd spot in a challenge, that though few entries, had a high qaulity standard. Thanks for that JudithAnn, and for the challenge and C&C's. And join with Johnriley, glad to hear all is well! Enjoy the wilderness!
