Wonderful winning image that, congrats Davidtrout. Seems these glassblowing places offer lots of opportunities for some winning shots. Must make a plan to find one in Johannesburg. And congrats too to NigelK and CMW. A most enjoyable challenge, so interesting all these varying imterpretations of the theme. And gratifying to have a bit more entries. Thanks are in order to Persicador for the challenge and the C&C's.

Practically each and every one of us will be looking at this or something similar as I speak. So this is spot on.

This puts me in mind of the Smash Commercial, which depicts potato peeling as somehow prehensile and 'old tech'! This one certainly made me think...

This one is so on spec, it hurts! Nevertheless, I hope you all agree, David is onto a Winner with this one.

I can see where you are coming from with Flight. I think Harold Wilson saw Concorde as the Great White Hope which turned out to be a White elephant, while this Vulcan had more staying power as a military plane.

So we round it all off with some wonderful kit which we can all feel at home with.
Many thanks for all your entries. I now pass the baton over to David Trout. Well done, Everyone!
